My computer's hard drive crashed. I was able to save my Navigator on an external hard drive. Is there a way to re-store my records to my new computer? Also, my new laptop uses Windows 8, is that going to cause a problem?

No, there is no possibility to record the records if they were stored on the crashed hard drive. However, if these records were stored in the past into the installation folder and you've copied all the contents of that folder, then simply start the application and use the Import function to get the data back. Unfortunately, this is the only way in case the driver is completely inaccessible.
